  • Oversee the server at a high level, including staff, community management, player activity, tickets, and punishments.
  • Help coordinate moderation decisions, operational changes, community communication, and day-to-day issues.
  • Work with a Discord community of 1.1K+ members.

TechByte Hosting

Co-Founder
Feb 2024–Present · Active
  • Help operate hosting for Minecraft, Rust, FiveM, ARK, Discord bots, and app/web workloads.
  • Work across customer support, server provisioning, troubleshooting, infrastructure, and hosting operations.
  • 2025 operating snapshot: 18 hosted servers across 7 clients.

TechByTech

Owner
2023–Present · Semi-Active
  • Built a multi-modded Minecraft community that operated several modpacks at the same time.
  • Later focused the network around InsaneCraft as that community grew.
  • Handled server operations, modpack changes, custom recipes, community management, and project direction.

  • Administer a vanilla SMP supporting both Java and Bedrock players.
  • Help with server systems, permissions, cross-platform support, performance, staff tooling, and player-facing operations.
